GWC Warranty announced the appointment of Richard Gesler as vice president of operations. He will oversee the F&I product provider's claims, business processing and customer service operations.
The F&I product provider joins 100 other companies on the list. This was the first time the company entered the contest, which is designed to recognize and honor the best places of employment in Texas, benefiting the state economy, workforce and business.

Cox Automotive announced today it has acquired a minority interest in F&I product provider SilverRock Holdings LLC. Officials said the products will be sold through dealers affiliated with Go Financial and NextGear Capital.
The transaction is expected to close this December. Officials said APCO’s management team will remain in place once it does.
