Cox Appoints Dealertrack’s Sundaram to New Post
Following its recent acquisition of Dealertrack, Cox Automotive has appointed Dealertrack’s former co-president, Raj Sundaram, as its chief client success officer.
Following its recent acquisition of Dealertrack, Cox Automotive has appointed Dealertrack’s former co-president, Raj Sundaram, as its chief client success officer.
The software giants are currently forming an integration team to determine how the combined companies will be organized once the deal closes in the third quarter. A company official said Cox had identified Dealertrack as an acquisition target last year.
Manheim’s former regional vice president of West Regional Operations, Rock Anderson, will take on the role of senior vice president and chief people officer, effective immediately. Barry Roop, Manheim’s market vice president for the Texas Market, will assume Anderson’s previous role.
As consumer dependency on customer testimonials grows, automotive sites are exploring new ways to accommodate them.
